You own your content. We provide the service. Don't use it for anything illegal. We can suspend accounts that abuse the platform. You can cancel anytime and export your data.
Proposals, invoices, templates, and client data you create in Propella belong to you. We store it to provide the service. We don't claim any rights to it.
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime. We'll notify you of planned downtime. If something breaks badly, we'll communicate quickly and honestly.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Annual plans are non-refundable after 14 days. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime — you keep access until the end of the billing period.
No fraudulent invoices, no spam, no using Propella to impersonate other businesses. Violations result in immediate account suspension.
We're not liable for lost revenue from service outages or AI-generated content errors. You review before you send — that's the deal.
We'll notify you by email at least 14 days before any material change to these terms.
